Xavier and Mathieu Ledogar cultivate 20 hectares of vines planted all around the village of Ferrals-les-Corbières. They use organical and biodynamic methods. Instead of machinery, horses plough the fields and donkeys keep the weeds in check. The Domaine was certified organic by Ecocert in 2006.

The family-owned domain Ledogar has been producing wine over three generations in the Languedoc village of Ferralsles Corbieres, close to the unique terroir of Boutenac. Their 18 hectares of vines include lots of different grape varieties with many plots of old vines (60 to 120 years old!).
